1. 100% Free Access

All active-recall learning tracks on Curyamp are 100% free and supported by ads. No purchases, subscriptions, or payments are required to use the platform.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and hassle-free:

• Email support@example.com from the email address associated with your Curyamp account.
• Include your order reference number or receipt date.
• Optionally let us know how we can improve (feedback is welcome but not required).

3. Processing Time

Once submitted, refund requests are reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days. The refunded amount will appear on your original payment card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from purchase date are generally non-refundable, except in cases of technical billing errors or duplicate charges.
